About the Author

Since I rendered my first pen and ink drawing art has always been a fascination in my life. I studied drawing and painting until I was in 6th grade when I began Illustrating. Throughout my life I studied Art, color and composition. When I picked up my first digital camera I was hooked. Since then I have studied as many aspects of digital photography as possible.

I have been a professional photographer for the past six years. My favorite subjects to photograph are people, our visual perceptions and human emotions. Ultimately, digital photography leans heavily on post processing skills, which brought me full circle back to my childhood art lessons. The camera and the post processing of a photo into art are are the main topics of this digital photography tutorial blog.
